Doug Thompson graduated from the LOGOS Bible Institute and The Master’s College and went on to study at Talbot Seminary, and Whitefield Theological Seminary. He worked for Phil Johnson at Grace To You as Director of Counseling Ministries and traveled and spoke with Dr. John MacArthur at radio Bible Conferences. In 1984, he was the founding pastor of Bridge Bible Fellowship in Reseda, CA where he served until accepting the call to shepherd the flock at Middletown Bible Church where he has been pastor for 25 years. He has taught pastors in Romania, Mexico City, the Philippines, Uganda, and spoken at numerous camps, retreats, and pastor’s conferences. He has served as a professor at the LOGOS Bible Institute, Grace School of Theology and Ministry and is currently Professor of Theology at The Cornerstone Seminary in Vallejo, California. He has been published in Reformation and Revival Journal. Doug and his wife Janice have been married for 37 years, have four grown children and four grandsons.
