servants of God“
(Rom. 6:22)

(open for ages 18 to 30)
Everything feels out of control.
The pressure to manage work, education, relationships, expectations, identity, and the future—it never stops. We try to take charge, to stay on top, to hold it all together. But deep down, we know we can’t. Even our own appetites and delights are often unmanageable, and sin takes over.
What if we were never meant to be in control in the first place?
The world tells us freedom is found in independence. But the Gospel tells a better story. In Christ, we’re not self-made or self-owned—we’re set free from sin and have become slaves of God (Romans 6:22). And that slavery is not a burden—it’s the very path to life.
True freedom is not doing whatever we want—it’s belonging to the One who made us.
To live Under Control is not to live in fear or chaos, but to live under the wise, loving, total Lordship of Jesus. He is Lord over our time, emotions, desires, struggles, and dreams. He doesn’t just ask for part of us—He claims all of us. And in giving ourselves fully to Him, we find what we were made for: holiness, purpose, and eternal life.
Control is a disliked word. But for a genuine believer, Christ is gladly given mastery. A Christian longs to do the bidding of Jesus. There is no Lord who is more worthy than the one who lovingly died and who lives for our salvation. There is no delight more than doing the will of Christ. Does this kind of thinking challenge you? Come discover how the Gospel reveals to us the surprising joy of being under control of the Lord Jesus.
Come and join us as we discover the worthiness of Christ.
